Call for Proposal to organize APEMC

The 2010 and 2011 Asia-Pacific EMC (APEMC) will be held in Beijing, China and Korea respectively, and the 2012 APEMC will be returning to its founding place, Singapore.  Now we are calling for proposal to organize the 2013 APEMC in the Asia-Pacific region.
The interested organizer must have a local EMC community to support and submit the proposal to the coordinator Dr Li Erping.  The proposal should covers:

Proposed organizer and key team members
 
Description of the organizer including the local EMC activities and the size of the local EMC community
Proposed date (in general between March to May)
Proposed venue
Expected size of the symposium including conference delegates and exhibitiors
