TPC Meeting On 12 Dec. 2009, the APEMC held its TPC meeting in Tsinghua University, Beijing.  14 TPC members attended this meeting, and reviewed the submission of 550 papers based on the TC chairs and reviewer's comments and recommendation.  The TPC meeting also selected the best paper and best student paper candidates.
