Early registration is strongly recommended, as on-site registration often can be time consuming.  There is significant discount for early registration, as well as IEEE membership.  This page will contain links to the on-line registration site and downloadable registration forms.

	Early Bird Registration: On or before March 15, 2012
	Advance registration:  All attendees are required to register, including authors, workshop/tutorial instructors and exhibitors.  For paper authors, inclusion of your final paper in the conference proceedings and IEEE Digital Library require at least one of the authors on your author list must be registered and paid on or before March 15, 2012 when you submit the final paper. The paper will not be included in the proceedings and IEEE Digital Library (EI index) if no presentation given during the conference.
	Registration Package A: Full meeting registration, 4-day registrants are entitled to the symposium proceedings (electronics copy), admission to all the Workshops and Tutorials, Topical Meetings, Technical Sessions, Focused Sessions, Special Sessions, Exhibition, Symposium Banquet.
	Registration Package B: Standard registration, 3-day registrants (22 - 24 May) are entitled to the symposium proceedings (electronics copy), admission to Technical Sessions, Focused Sessions, Special Sessions, Exhibition, Symposium Banquet.  Attendance at Workshops and Tutorials requires additional fee.
	Students Registration: Open to all full time students and are required to present a student verification letter including Student matriculation number (Student ID), expiration date and University name.  Student registration include the symposium proceedings (electronics copy), admission to 3 days Symposium Technical Sessions and Exhibition.
	Workshops/Tutorials: Will be held on 21 May.  Delegates can register to attend only the Workshops and Tutorials.  The registrants can attend the unlimited workshops/tutorials within the day.
	Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy & Invoices:  You may send a substitute.  We regreat that there will be no refund for withdrawal/cancellation received after March 1, 2012.  An administration fee of SGD50 applies for withdrawal/cancellation.  Unless otherwise specified, mailing address on invoices shall follow registrant address on the registration form.  Please return the registration form together with payment to the Conference Secretariat.  Registration will only be confirmed once full payment is received.
