Early registration is strongly recommended, as on-site registration often can be time consuming.  There is significant discount for early registration, as well as IEEE membership.  This page will contain links to the on-line registration site and downloadable registration forms.

	Early Bird Registration: - Author registration: The authors must register on or before March 15, 2012 - Early bird registration for other delegates is on or before April 16, 2012
	Advance registration:  All attendees are required to register, including authors, workshop/tutorial instructors and exhibitors.  For paper authors, inclusion of your final paper in the conference proceedings and IEEE Digital Library require at least one of the authors on your author list must be registered and paid on or before March 15, 2012 and attend the conference to give a presentation.  The paper will not be included in the proceedings and IEEE Digital Library (EI index) if no presentation given during the conference.
	Registration Package A: Full meeting registration, 4-day (21 - 24 May) registrants are entitled to the symposium proceedings (thumb drive), admission to all the Workshops and Tutorials, Technical Meetings, Technical Sessions, Focused Sessions, Special Sessions, Exhibitions, Welcome Reception and Symposium Banquet.
	Registration Package B: Standard registration, 3-day (22 - 24 May) registrants are entitled to the symposium proceedings (thumb drive), admission to Technical Sessions, Focused Sessions, Special Sessions, Exhibitions, Welcome Reception and Symposium Banquet.  Attendance of Workshops and Tutorials requires additional fee.
	Students Registration: Open to all full time students and presentation of a student verification letter including Student matriculation number (Student ID), expiration date and University name.  Student registration include the symposium proceedings (thumb drive), admission to the Technical Sessions, Focused Sessions, Special Sessions and Exhibitions.  Attendance of Workshop, Tutorials and Symposium Banquet requires additional fee.
	Workshops/Tutorials: Will be held on 21 May.  Delegates can register to attend only the Workshops and Tutorials.  The registrants can attend the unlimited workshops/tutorials within the day.
	Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy & Invoices:  We regret that no refund will be given for a registration withdrawal notice received after 1 May, 2012. An administrative charge of SGD50.00 applies for all registration withdrawals. Substitutions are permitted. Mailing address on invoices shall follow addresses on the registration form.
